The Army National Guard called on Office Recess to host Field Day for about 100 soldiers right before the heat of the Summer kicked off. We hosted a smaller Field Day for them last Fall and they loved it so they asked us to go bigger. This Field Day was one of the largest Field Days we’ve hosted thus far in Arizona and it did not disappoint. 12 teams competed in 6 events that day and their favorites were Mega Pong, The Rock Paper Scissors Challenge, and a multi-faceted Relay Race. Camaraderie was built, communication skills improved, and good times were had by all. To cap the event we brought in catering from Jersey Mike’s and everyone had a blast. Congratulations to the White Team for emerging victorious and thank you National Guard for choosing us to host you once again. We look forward to more great events with you in the future.
